Rashpal Kaur
Rashpal Kaur was born in small countryside area of Punjab, India. She completed her secondary education with a medical stream, in Punjab, India. Rashpal is one very brave and independent young lady! She moved to Canada when she was 20 years old, alone, to begin her higher education in the field of Early childcare and education at Capilano University, North Vancouver, BC
August 2025 Rashpal moved to Victoria to be with her dear hubby. After being apart for many years, they plan to settle in Langford, together. Prior to moving to Victoria Rashpal was employed as an assistant educator at Simon Fraser University’s childcare facility, working with children 0-12 years of age.
Rashpal recently completed her diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education. Working with children has always been her passion and she is delighted to be putting that passion into action caring for the children of Leap Forward Childcare, primarily in the Infant Toddler Program.
Rashpal chose to become an educator because she LOVES children and enjoys building meaningful and strong relationships with them, their families and her colleagues. She believes that play is powerful way for children to learn about the world. She is passionate about nurturing each unique child’s curiosity. Rashpal’s priority is to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone is accepted.
Those who know Rashpal best say she is patient, caring, kind and respectful. She’s a little on the quiet side but do not let that fool you! She is quite the force and has much to offer. Her huge warm smile is endless. Children adore Rashpal.
When she is not caring for little ones, Rashpal spends time with her husband and family. Rashpal is excited to work with the children, their families and the team of educators at Leap Forward Childcare.
